Ottawa Furniture Services Inc.

Founded in 2020 by Dragan K. McKay, OFS made a series of acquisitions in the niche furniture services industry in the national capital region. The furniture services industry was highly fragmented and well positioned to be consolidated.

 

Accelerated by the pandemic, Mr. McKay allowed many of our cities oldest and most viable upholstery, refinishing and furniture repair companies to pass on the tradition, as many of these business owners were well past retirement age and had no exit strategy.

 

We strive to keep these heritage skills alive and well by training younger craftspeople in the art of furniture restoration. We respect the older generations reverence for high quality upholstery, refinishing and restoration and are bringing it forth into the next 100 years.

 

We will continue to expand through acquisition of these highly profitable enterprises and set the highest standard for the industry and as a whole throughout North America.
